I absolutely dread my times with Steve and constantly watch the clock longing for finishing time. Having been put through my paces, and as soon as it’s ‘game over’ I really do feel the benefits and, after six months of training, the effects have been quite remarkable. As you can gather, I am not one of Steve’s most enthusiastic clients but I certainly have given him a challenge as well as myself!
