Already arriving as an enthusiastic sportsman I came to Bodyguards for a change in my training routine and to see exactly how much I could push my body.
In the months since beginning my training I have met adn surpassed my goals and totally revitalised my lifestyle.
My knowledge, self-belief and attitude towards training have greatly improved in conjunction with my trainer Wayne Hedley.
I owe a great deal of thanks to Wayne for helping me recognise exactly what I can achieve with the correct mind set and he has made me look at life style in a healthier and more ositive manner.
