It gives me great pleasure to bear testimony to your highly professional manner and competence as a fitness instructor. Your technical knowledge is complemented by your approach to the psychological aspects of training. This provides the right balance between a professional and friendly partnership and the appropriate assertiveness required to motivate. I believe this, and the variety of training methods you have introduced, has optimised my exercise regime, making sessions both producti9ve and enjoyable.
In particular, you gave sound advice and treatment involving a combination of sports massage, stretching techniques and exercises to restore muscle imbalance and strength to reduce joint pain in my knees.
I assumed these injuries were sustained because of the ageing process and 'wear and tear'. However, as a result of your recommendations and encouragement the exercises I do now, involving articulation of my knees, have exceeded all of my expectations.
