Personal Trainer/Exercise Specialist

Sam Barden

As a boy, Sam played football at a very high level, representing Newcastle Utd. While at Newcastle Sam was given the opportunity to become a ballboy for the England national team and was a regular at Wembley stadium. Football is what engaged Sams early interest in health and fitness and since then he has both worked and trained in a variety of gyms across the UK. Sam went to study in Cyprus which is where he gained his diploma in personal training working alongside some of the best trainers from Premier Training International. This also ignited Sam’s passion for travel. He recently returned from a round the world trip where he hunted out some of the best surf spots in the world, another of his hobbies. Sam has a vast experience in teaching both adults and children about health and fitness. Most recently he enjoyed becoming a lead coach for an international preschool rugby program, teaching children basic rugby skills and has also given lectures on holistic living. Sam recently worked alongside a chiropractor at the wellness centre developing corrective programs for clients with postural imbalances, hip instabilities and core weakness.
