Compound Movements for Arm Development
Post details
Posted on 24th September 2020
In order to build muscle on your arms you need to focus on compound movements rather than isolation exercises. Isolation exercises involve one joint for example a bicep curl or tricep press down. Whereas compound movements involve two joints such as a squat or bench press. If you focus on getting stronger at heavy pulling and pressing movements such as chin ups or dips then you will start to see considerable progress in muscle mass. This applies to any muscle in the body.
