Here are four great DB exercises to work your back muscles. You’ll need a bench or some sort of support as seen in the video.

Exercises:

  • Single Arm DB Row
  • DB Pullover
  • Double Arm Row
  • Rear Delt flies (we included these in the shoulder workout too as they work your rear delts as well as your upper back muscles. You could include this exercise on either day, or both)
