An explosive full body exercise which really gets the heart pounding. great for toning the glutes, core, arms and legs !

  1. No equipment required for this one. the pics are taken from Start by assuming a crab position - hands and feet on the ground, bum off the floor and tummy up.
  2. Next, lift one leg and the opposite arm off the ground. repeat with the other leg and opposite arm.
  3. Then, push forward (use your hands if needs be) into a deep squat position.
  4. Complete the rep by jumping from your deep squat position up as high as you can pushing your arms above your head. Land softly and return to the crab position. Try 20 reps in a row and time yourself...
