Metabolic Typing is a method or process that provides you with all the knowledge and strategies required to improve health and subsequently normalise weight, revitalise the body, facilitate optimal energy production and take all the guesswork out of dieting. In contrast, in tropical regions like in Eastern India, where vegetation flourished, carbohydrates like fruits and vegetables were consumed in much higher quantities than animal fats and proteins. All of these people were very healthy on very different diets. However, nowadays, as a result of travel and development in transportation around the globe, we're all mixed up and have no idea where we came from and therefore what we should be eating.
