Here’s a few clips and exercises from one of our bodyweight cardio interval workouts:

  1. Pogo hops
  2. Diagonal mountain climbers
  3. Side hops
  4. Low chops
  5. Sprinters step

Each of our interval cardio workouts comprise 5 exercises and we’d recommend you perform them in a circuit fashion, 3-5 times. Here’s some suggestions for how to vary the intensity:

Beginner = 30 seconds work : 30 seconds rest Intermediate = 45 seconds work : 15 seconds rest Advanced = 60 seconds work : zero rest
