Some clips from an outdoor training session

This workout consisted of a dynamic warm up, a 1km jog, and then a bodyweight cardio interval workout which featured the following exercises:

  1. Predator Jacks
  2. Spider-Man Mountain Climbers
  3. Side Bounds
  4. Spotty Dogs
  5. Jumping Sprinters Step

We worked for 45 seconds and rested for 15 seconds, then repeated the circuit 3 times
