An explosive power developing exercise for the legs

  1. Again, no need for any equipment here ! just strong legs ...
  2. Begin by crossing your arms in front of you and squat down low.
  3. From your deep squat, leap upwards and forwards pushing off both feet at the same time. Get as much air time as possible !
  4. On landing, soak up the impact by bending the knees and returning to your deep squat position. Keep jumping, get into a rhythm and complete 20 frog hops !
