Here are three more Swiss ball exercises:

  • Swiss ball roll out

Work on trying to maintain good spinal alignment. Roll out further, add a pause at full extension and perform more repetitions as forms of progression.

  • Single arm Swiss ball roll out (an advanced version of the above that is seriously tough)

  • Swiss ball lunge

Work on maintaining stability at the hip and therefore keep your knee aligned above the foot. Try performing deeper lunges, adding weight and more repetitions to progress at this exercise.
