The Sunday yoga class begins at 11am and is available to members and non-members.

Yoga helps to balance your training by working on the stabiliser muscles and increasing your flexibility, mobility, strength and 3-dimensional movement. It also has the power to help you relax, breathe and draw energy back into the body as opposed to spend it. Holly is a well experienced yoga teacher and has worked with hundreds of clients to help them achieve higher levels of health, vitality and consciousness.
