The Sunday yoga class is available to members and non-members. Yoga one-to-one (Yoga PT) sessions can be booked by calling us or making an enquiry via the contact page. Yoga PT is intended to balance your training by working on the stabiliser muscles and increasing your flexibility, mobility and 3-dimensional movement. It also has the power to help you relax, breathe and draw energy back into the body as opposed to spend it. Kayla is a well experienced yoga teacher and has worked with hundreds of clients to help them achieve higher levels of health, vitality and consciousness.
