When I joined BODYGUARDS I had no idea what to expect from their service. I knew I wanted to lose weight/inches, tone problem areas and generally increase stamina and strength but needed MOTIVATION!

Jesper Olsen my personal trainer at the gym is intense but with a fun and personable style but most important dedicated to my aims at the sessions. He has encouraged me to work hard to achieve results and after only a short time I have done just that as well as a desire to continue with my new fit and healthy lifestyle.
