I have been training with Dave Crandon at Bodyguards for around two years now and have seen some fantastic results, both physically and mentally.
This was not the first time that I had a joined a gym, however lack of enthusiasm, motivation and knowledge of how to exercise correctly meant that on previous occasions I rarely attended, which was just a waste of money.
One of the advantages of joining Bodyguards was that it is a prerequisite to have a weekly one-to- one, pre-arranged appointment with a personal trainer. This ensured that I had no excuse not to train at least once a week.
Combining this with Dave's knowledge and encouragement I have been able to self-focus on regular 'drop-in' training sessions, improve my diet and a general lifestyle improvement. As a result of these efforts I have lost 11 Ibs, reduced my body fat by 7% and lost 3.5 inches from my waste.
I now understand the importance of keeping fit and have gained a determination to maintain and improve on achievements I have already made. In fact, Im so focused on my new way of life that I often preach the virtues of healthy living to family ,and friends!
