Bodyguards are great!
I've been going regularly for years because they cope well with me as a somewhat awkward customer who doesn't want to be an 'adonis', is basically quite lazy but realises that at my age I need to keep myself in reasonable shape if I still want to have the odd curry & glass of wine!
Having said that they also cope with those who are both younger and fitter! Have recommended many to them over the years - and will continue to do so.
