Personal trainers are not just for the young and/or famous!

In September I decided to try to do something different to solve a back problem, which had plagued me since the late eighties.

I made an appointment with BodyGuards for an assessment of my general fitness level and suitability to work in their gym.

Steve and Wayne were very optimistic and encouraging, and I decided to book in for one session a week for a minimum of three months and then assess my progress, (or lack of), with Wayne as my trainer. This is probably one of the best decisions I have ever made. Wayne has worked me hard, kept me motivated but never pushed me too far. After three months I am stronger, have better balance and posture, more flexible, AND, best of all, no back pain.
