I would like to thank you for your efforts in training me at BodyGuards over the last year. I am now an all-together fitter person and I feel much better for it.
Of real benefit to me in particular was the work we did on core stability. I found the interval training very useful as well and this complimented the stamina work I did by myself by way of going running. Talking of which, the training I received at BodyGuards went a long way to helping me complete the 2005 Great North Run, which I am really pleased I did.
Throughout my training you were always courteous, cheerful and punctual and I very much appreciated that. I wish you the very best in the future.
