I have been training now for only a short time but wanted to pass on my comments as I have found the entire experience a very refreshing one. As you are aware I came through a referral from my chiropractor having suffered a major injury to my knee some eighteen months earlier which resulted in a badly torn cartilage and ligament surgery was recommended but thankfully avoided.
There were further problems with high blood pressure and a lack of any cardio vascular fitness. I have over the years trained in most of the trendy health clubs and never remained there long term therefore I have never really seen any benefits from training in this type of environment. When I initially came to BodyGuards I was very sceptical as the training facilities seemed very basic, however I soon came to realise that what we all get is the expertise of the trainer on a one to one basis.
There is no need for slick machines the focus is an entirely different one that of using a training style that has to be learnt and cannot quickly be taught over short health club type induction a style that incorporates the entire body.
To sum up I enjoy every session and when I leave I cannot wait to return for my next one my blood pressure is down and I feel great with loads more energy, my knee continues to progress with each session, very many thanks.
