Before I joined Body Guards a year ago, I was totally unfit as I hadn't donw any exercise for years, nad had never been in a gym before. Since having the Personal Trainer Sessions, I have become a lot fitter, lost weight and become a lot more confident. Steve and his team of trainers make the sessions fun and interesting and I've learnt a lot about my fitness, and look forward to coming every week.
I wasn;t sure at first whether Personal Training was for me, but after the first session I realised I should have done it years ago and would recommend it to anyone.
